Who we are

Rescon Trading and Contracting WLL is a Qatar-based contracting company specialising in civil construction, maintenance, MEP works, material supply and facility management.

We work across residential, commercial and industrial projects. Some clients bring us in for a single package — a structural repair, an MEP fit-out, a maintenance agreement. Others hand us the full scope from site preparation through to the maintenance contract that follows handover. Both work, and the approach is the same either way: understand the site before pricing it, agree what “finished” means in writing, and stay reachable afterwards.

How we work

Our engineers, project managers and skilled trades work directly for Rescon. That matters more than it sounds. When the people on site are your own, you can commit to a programme and actually hold it, you can enforce a quality standard, and there is nobody to point at when something slips.

We are deliberately organised so that scope does not fall between suppliers. If civil works need building services behind them, the MEP team is ours. If the works need materials on site by Tuesday, the supply is ours. The interfaces where projects normally lose time and money are internal to us.

Where we work

We operate across Qatar, with completed works in Doha and Lusail. Our office is in Al Wakra and we mobilise to sites nationwide.
