Five service lines, one contractor
Most construction problems in Qatar are not technical. They happen where one supplier’s scope ends and another’s begins. Rescon covers the whole span so those gaps stay internal to us.

Five service lines, one contractor
Civil works, MEP, maintenance, FM and material supply sit under one agreement, so scope gaps between trades are ours to solve, not yours.
Engineers and tradesmen on our own team
Project managers, engineers and skilled trades work directly for Rescon, which is what keeps programme and quality under our control.
Safety and quality built into the method
Method statements, risk assessments and inspection points are agreed before work starts, not written up afterwards.
Programme certainty
We plan sequencing, procurement and manpower around your handover date and report progress against it.
How we run the work
The same five stages apply whether the job is a single repair or a full build.
Enquiry and site visit
We visit the site, take measurements and understand the constraints before quoting anything.
Scope and quotation
You receive a written scope, a priced breakdown and a programme, so you can see exactly what is and is not included.
Mobilisation
Materials, manpower, permits and access arrangements are confirmed before the first day on site.
Execution
Works proceed to the agreed method statement with supervision, inspection points and progress reporting.
Handover and aftercare
Snags are closed out, documentation is handed over and we remain reachable for maintenance and callouts.
Questions about our services
Can Rescon take on more than one service on the same project?
Yes, and it is usually the better arrangement. When civil works, MEP and material supply sit on one contract, the interfaces between them are ours to manage rather than yours to coordinate.
Do you take on small jobs or only full projects?
Both. We take on discrete packages such as a repair, a panel installation or a maintenance agreement, as well as full scopes. If a job is not something we would do well, we will tell you rather than take it on.
Which service do I need for my problem?
Describe what is happening and we will tell you. A leak might be maintenance, a plumbing defect or a structural issue depending on the cause, and it is not always obvious from the symptom.
Do you work outside Doha?
Yes, across Qatar. We have completed works in Doha and Lusail, and we mobilise nationwide. Tell us the location at enquiry stage so access and permits can be priced properly.
Not sure which service you need?
Describe the problem and we will tell you which one it falls under — or whether it needs more than one.
