RESCONTRADING & CONTRACTING WLL

Construction, MEP and facility management contractors in Qatar

Rescon delivers civil works, building services and ongoing maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial clients — under one contract, with one team accountable for the result.

Rescon Trading and Contracting site works in Qatar

A Qatari contractor built around finishing the job

Rescon Trading and Contracting WLL works across Qatar’s construction and facilities sector, from structural works and building services through to the maintenance that keeps a property running years after handover.

Our engineers, project managers and trades are on our own team rather than subcontracted in, which is what lets us commit to a programme and hold it. We work on residential, commercial and industrial projects, and we are equally comfortable taking on a single package of works or running the whole scope.

The company was founded on a straightforward principle: do the work properly, say what it will cost, and be reachable afterwards.

Why clients keep us on

The difference on a contracting job is rarely the price on day one. It is who absorbs the problems that appear on week six.

Five service lines, one contractor

Civil works, MEP, maintenance, FM and material supply sit under one agreement, so scope gaps between trades are ours to solve, not yours.

Engineers and tradesmen on our own team

Project managers, engineers and skilled trades work directly for Rescon, which is what keeps programme and quality under our control.

Safety and quality built into the method

Method statements, risk assessments and inspection points are agreed before work starts, not written up afterwards.

Programme certainty

We plan sequencing, procurement and manpower around your handover date and report progress against it.

Common questions

If your question is not here, call us — you will reach someone who works on the jobs.

Which parts of Qatar does Rescon work in?

We work across Qatar, with completed works in Doha and Lusail. Mobilising outside these areas is not a problem — tell us the location when you enquire and we will confirm access, manpower and any permit implications in the quotation.

Can Rescon handle construction and the ongoing maintenance afterwards?

Yes. Many clients appoint us for the build and then keep us on for planned and reactive maintenance. Because the same team knows how the building was put together, faults are usually diagnosed faster and remedial work does not need a fresh survey.

Do you supply materials as well as carry out the works?

We do. Our trading arm supplies construction materials to our own sites and to third-party contractors. On a combined contract this removes a handover point between supplier and installer, which is usually where delays start.

Can you work in a building that stays occupied?

Yes. Maintenance, MEP upgrades and fit-out works are regularly carried out in occupied buildings. We plan noisy and disruptive activities around agreed windows, isolate work areas and phase shutdowns so tenants and operations are affected as little as possible.

How do I get a quotation?

Send the drawings, scope or even a description and photographs to info@rescon.com.qa, or call +974 7788 3207. For anything beyond a small repair we will arrange a site visit first, because a quotation written without seeing the site tends not to survive contact with it.

Have a project or a site problem?

Send us the scope, the drawings or just photographs of the issue. We will come and look before we quote.
