Rescon carries out civil construction across Qatar for residential, commercial and industrial clients. We take a project from site preparation and foundations through structural works, blockwork and finishes, and we stay responsible for the whole sequence rather than handing it between trades.
Qatar is a demanding place to build. Summer heat affects pours and curing, ground conditions vary considerably between sites, and coastal exposure is unforgiving on poorly specified materials. We plan around those conditions rather than discovering them halfway through, and we specify materials that will still be performing in a decade rather than at practical completion.

Questions about civil construction
What size of civil works does Rescon take on?
We work across a wide range, from discrete packages such as a tank room enclosure or an asphalt reinstatement up to full structural scopes on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. If a job is too small or outside what we do well, we will say so rather than take it on badly.
Do you work on existing buildings as well as new build?
Yes. Structural repairs, alterations, extensions and remedial works to existing structures are a regular part of what we do, including in buildings that remain occupied while the work runs.
Can Rescon supply the materials for the works?
We can. Our trading and material supply arm sources construction materials for our own sites, so on a combined contract there is no separate supplier to chase for delivery dates.
How long does a quotation take?
After a site visit, most civil quotations are with you within a few working days. Larger or more complex scopes take longer because we would rather price it accurately once than revise it three times.
