MEP Works delivered across Qatar
Rescon delivers complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages across Qatar for new construction, fit-out and refurbishment. That covers HVAC, power distribution, lighting, water supply, drainage and fire safety systems, from first fix through to testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
MEP is where most building problems start and where most of the running cost sits. A system that was installed to the drawing but never properly balanced will cost the owner money every month it operates. We commission properly, record what we did, and hand over documentation that is actually usable by whoever maintains the building next.

Compliance handled properly
Installations are carried out to Qatar’s building and safety regulations, with the inspections and documentation that come with them.
Energy cost taken seriously
Specification and commissioning are approached with running cost in mind, because the installed cost is the smaller number over a building’s life.
Civil and MEP under one contractor
Where MEP work needs trenching, builder’s work or making good, our own civil teams do it — no waiting on a third party to open or close the ground.
How we run the work
Enquiry and site visit
We visit the site, take measurements and understand the constraints before quoting anything.
Scope and quotation
You receive a written scope, a priced breakdown and a programme, so you can see exactly what is and is not included.
Mobilisation
Materials, manpower, permits and access arrangements are confirmed before the first day on site.
Execution
Works proceed to the agreed method statement with supervision, inspection points and progress reporting.
Handover and aftercare
Snags are closed out, documentation is handed over and we remain reachable for maintenance and callouts.

Does Rescon carry out MEP design as well as installation?
We work from consultant drawings and we also develop installation design where a client needs it. Tell us which you need at enquiry stage and we will scope accordingly.
Can you work on a live, occupied building?
Yes. MEP upgrades in occupied buildings are common work for us. Shutdowns are planned with the client, isolations are agreed in advance, and disruptive activities are scheduled into agreed windows.
Do you provide testing and commissioning records?
Yes. Test results, commissioning records and as-installed documentation are part of handover. They matter later, when somebody has to maintain the system.
Will Rescon maintain the systems after installation?
We can. Clients frequently move straight from installation onto a maintenance agreement with us, which means faults get diagnosed by people who already know the installation.
Need a price for mep works?
Send the drawings, the scope or photographs of the problem. We will look at it properly before quoting.
