Our mission
To deliver construction, MEP, maintenance and facility management work in Qatar to a standard that still holds up years after the invoice is settled.
In practice that means three commitments. We price what the job actually requires rather than what wins the tender. We build with materials and methods suited to Qatari conditions rather than to a specification written for somewhere cooler. And we remain contactable after handover, because a contractor who disappears at practical completion was never really accountable for the quality in the first place.
We want clients to come back for the second project without running a tender, because the first one went the way we said it would.
Our vision
To be the contractor that Qatari clients call first — not because we are the largest, but because we are the least trouble to work with.
Qatar is building continuously, and there is no shortage of firms willing to take the work. What is scarce is a contractor who gives a realistic programme, absorbs the problems that were not in the drawings, and hands over a building that the maintenance team can actually look after.
We are working towards a position where our reputation does the selling: where being known as reliable, straightforward and technically sound is what brings the next project through the door.
The values underneath both
These are the things we will not trade away to win work.
Say it straight
If a deadline is not achievable or a specification is wrong, we say so before the contract is signed, not after.
Safety is not negotiable
Method statements and risk assessments are agreed before work starts. Nobody is asked to work around them to save a day.
Build it once
Work that has to be redone costs everyone. We would rather take the extra day than hand over something that needs revisiting.
Stay reachable
Handover is not the end of the relationship. Clients can reach us when something needs attention afterwards.
How this shows up on a project
Enquiry and site visit
We visit the site, take measurements and understand the constraints before quoting anything.
Scope and quotation
You receive a written scope, a priced breakdown and a programme, so you can see exactly what is and is not included.
Mobilisation
Materials, manpower, permits and access arrangements are confirmed before the first day on site.
Execution
Works proceed to the agreed method statement with supervision, inspection points and progress reporting.
Handover and aftercare
Snags are closed out, documentation is handed over and we remain reachable for maintenance and callouts.
Working with a contractor who does this?
If not, we would like the chance to quote. Tell us about the project.
