Leadership
Muhammad Faisal Baig
Chief Executive Officer
Muhammad Faisal Baig leads Rescon Trading and Contracting WLL, setting the company’s direction across its construction, building services and facility management work in Qatar.
The operating principle he has built the company around is straightforward: keep the people who do the work on the payroll, price honestly, and stay accountable after handover. It is why Rescon runs its own engineering, trades and supply capability rather than assembling a different chain of subcontractors on every project.
The disciplines behind a Rescon project
Every project draws on the same core team, scaled to the scope of the works.
Project management
Programme, procurement, manpower planning and client reporting from mobilisation through to handover.
Civil engineering
Structural works, foundations, concrete and finishing trades for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
MEP engineering
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire safety design, installation, testing and commissioning.
Maintenance technicians
Planned servicing and reactive repair across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building fabric.
Facility management
Day-to-day operational responsibility for buildings, covering both technical and soft services.
Procurement and supply
Sourcing, verification and scheduled delivery of construction materials to site.
